Why can't 3Cvillage.com ship the order to an unconfirmed address?

Our payment is not guaranteed by Paypal and credit card companies unless we ship your order to the confirmed address.  If you recently moved please contact your credit card company or Paypal to change your confirmed address.  If you would like to ship your order to a different location as a gift, please send your payment using Money order or Casher's check.  Our address can be found here.
